Louisiana Naturist Alert
Louisiana House of Representives has reintroduced Rep. Sheperds bill. The bill HB-103 now introduced
by Rep. Hardy has beent refered to the judicial comittiee. This bill makes it illegal to wear clothing that show underwear
or certain body parts. The bill was originally aimed at young people who stacked thier pants, showing thier underwear. The
wording of the bill is very general in description. This could mean any kind of clothing. Anything from a bikini
bathing suit to streach pants, lowcut blouse, or a drawing on a t-shirt. This means anyone, anywhere in Louisiana. If you
are going to the poll to vote and you have one of these garments on, you could be arrested. If you go to a public restroom
and expose your underwear or a part of your body you can be arrested. The law has a history of targeting young people but
this bill makes anyone a target. There is more important issues our law makers have to tend to and we don't need our law makers
waisting money and time on taking our freedom away. Muders kill people, someone stacking there pants dose not hurt anyone.
